HOW IT WORKS
Submit a form describing the issue(s) you are experiencing. We’ll provide an estimated repair cost before you ship it to us.
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send an invoice for shipping followed by a label with packing instructions to ensure a safe shipping experience for your device.
After we receive your device, we’ll inspect it and confirm the issue. We’ll contact you if the repair requires anything different from the original estimate.
Once your repair is complete, a final invoice will be sent. We’ll carefully package your device and ship it back to you. Then it’s time to get back to gaming!
